The Architecture within Frampton on Severn dates back to the 16th Century, with the church font believed to be from the 12th Century. The village is also mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086.

Steeped in history, the village boasts many attractions for visitors, including canal and riverside walks and boat rides, sailing on the lakes, seasonal polo matches at the Court and summer cricket played just outside the doors of the Bell.
